ENGAGE - ENERGISE - EMPOWER

Welcome to Live Laugh Learn 4 Life CIC

Live Laugh Learn 4 Life CIC is a Community Interest Company based in London. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating pathways for children and families from all ethnic backgrounds including those who are disadvantaged or marginalized.

Why We Exist

In the UK, childhood obesity rates continue to rise, with 1 in 3 children leaving primary school overweight or obese. Meanwhile, access to quality sports facilities and coaching remains limited for many families, particularly those from disadvantaged communities. We believe sport has the power to transform lives, build confidence, and create stronger communities.

Our Approach

We go beyond traditional sports provision by offering accessible programmes, promoting healthy living, supporting mental wellbeing, and providing essential education on topics like internet safety. We understand that healthy families build stronger communities, which is why our programs support not just children, but entire families.

Mission, Vision, Values & Impact

Our Mission

To support children of all ages and their families from all ethnic backgrounds, especially disadvantaged and marginalised children and their families that can't afford, to engage in sports, sporting activities, healthy living, wellbeing, mental health and other similar activities and competitions to reverse the raise in obesity in the UK.

Our Vision

To build healthier communities where every child regardless of background or budget can thrive through sport.

Our Values

Inclusion: We welcome everyone and celebrate diversity in all its forms.

Excellence: We strive for the highest standards in coaching, safety, and programme delivery.

Community: We believe in the power of sport to bring people together and build stronger communities.

Integrity: We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability in everything we do.

Our Impact

In 2025, over 250 children took part in our programmes. Each child's involvement could impact their immediate family. Estimating 2-3 family members per child, between 500 to 750 family members could benefit indirectly by seeing improvements in their children's physical and mental health, and potentailly becoming more active themselves.

Our Story

How It All Began

Founded in 2024 by teachers and coaches, Live Laugh Learn 4 Life CIC grew out from the idea of tackling the rising obesity crisis in the UK.

The Journey

From our first Easter Holiday Camp with approximately 60 children, we have expanded to offer running clubs, multiple sports activities, more holiday camps, and specialized programmes. Our growth has been driven by the passion of our volunteers, the support of our community, and the infectious enthusiasm of the children we serve.

Looking Forward

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains the same: ensuring every child has the opportunity to discover the joy of sport and develop the confidence to pursue their dreams, both on and off the field.

Our Programmes

At Live Laugh Learn 4 Life, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. We deliver programmes for children aged 5 to 16. Through our carefully crafted programmes of sports activities, team games, arts, and crafts workshops, we aim to inspire confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement and self-expression. Although newly established, our team brings more than 20 years of award-winning experience in coaching, teaching, and mentoring. We combine proven expertise with a commitment to excellence, creating safe, engaging programmes that develop skills, teamwork, and confidence..

A Huge Thank You to Sport England and The National Lottery!

This is an ongoing programme that started on 06/03/2025 and will carry on in 2026. The Run 4 Life Program was born out of a pressing need to address the physical and mental health challenges faced by children, particularly from low-income families and socially isolated communities. Through research, consultation, and direct engagement with families and community leaders, it became clear that these groups experience significant barriers to accessing regular physical activity.

The program was also inspired by the desire to create a long-term solution that fosters a love for physical activity and helps participants develop healthy habits from a young age. Running is a simple, accessible activity that requires minimal equipment and offers immediate physical and mental health benefits.

Run 4 Life Program is more than just a sports program; it is a lifeline for many children who are struggling silently. The program integrates physical activity with mental health and social skills development to foster well-rounded growth in children.

Run 4 Life Program offers 1 hour running sessions over the course of 1 year in Victoria Park London(mainly) and other premises.

We are incredibly grateful to Sport England and The National Lottery for making our Running Programme possible. Thanks to their support, we've been able to engage over 60 children and 60 adults (their parents/guardians) since the programme began, helping them build confidence, improve fitness, and enjoy the joy of running together. We would also like to thank to all parents/guardians who volunteered and helped us with this programme.
